Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until chicken is evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and water. Whisk until combined.
  3. Add the chicken to the flour mixture and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in an air-fryer. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the air-fryer and enjoy!
