Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately.
