Grandma Nancy's Apricot Almond Granola is a nutritious and flavorful blend of oats, almonds, apricots, and honey. This homemade granola is perfect for breakfast or a snack, providing a satisfying crunch and a burst of sweetness in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
