Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and beef broth.
  2. Marinate the beef slices in the sauce for 15 minutes.
