Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
- Add the zucchini and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
