Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of black pepper
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 2 hours.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with the BBQ sauce.
  6. Broil the ribs for 5 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and slightly charred.
  7. Serve the ribs with the remaining BBQ sauce.
