Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons za-atar seasoning
- 1/2 cup warm water
- Additional olive oil, for brushing
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the olive oil and za-atar seasoning, and mix until combined.
- Slowly add the warm water, a few tablespoons at a time, and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a circle about 6 inches in diameter. Place the circles on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the circles with olive oil and sprinkle with additional za-atar seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips and spreads.
