Ingredients
- 3 cups of yuzu juice
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the yuzu juice, sugar, honey, and water over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture begins to boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture has thickened, add in the lemon juice and stir.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a jar and let cool completely before sealing and storing.
