Ingredients

  • 3 cups of yuzu juice
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the yuzu juice, sugar, honey, and water over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture begins to boil.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the mixture has thickened, add in the lemon juice and stir.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into a jar and let cool completely before sealing and storing.
