Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil. Stir until combined.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
