Ingredients
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano

Directions

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the parsley and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve over your favorite cooked pasta.
