Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sirloin steak, thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups carrots (sliced)
  • 2 cups bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup onion (sliced)
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (sliced)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
