Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly browned and tender.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in the sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Serve warm.
