Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, applesauce, honey, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
Using a scoop or spoon, fill each muffin cup with the batter until it is almost full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
