Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the crust.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  4. In a small bowl, beat the egg. Stir in the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix in the sour cream until well blended. Pour the batter over the peach mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
