Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and almond milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
