Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda and sea salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and almond milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
