Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Add the condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest to the melted white chocolate. Stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the macadamia nuts over the top of the mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
