Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of wasabi paste
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen green peas

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the wasabi paste, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  2. Add the water and mix until all the ingredients are combined.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the wasabi mixture and the green peas to the pan and stir to coat.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peas are tender.
  6. Serve warm.
