Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the garlic, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, basil, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in the chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled with crackers or vegetables.
