Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add the garlic, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, basil, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in the chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve chilled with crackers or vegetables.
Interesting Facts
This garlic cheese ball can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
If you don't have fresh parsley, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried parsley instead.
Feel free to adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to your desired level of spiciness.
