Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gently fold egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to over mix.
  5. Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet in 6 mounds, and spread out slightly.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
