Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and flour and mix until the ingredients are well combined.
Heat a waffle iron on medium heat and brush with oil. Place about 1/4 cup of the falafel mixture in the center of the iron and spread evenly. Close the lid and cook for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Carefully remove the waffled falafel from the iron and repeat with the remaining mixture.
