Ingredients
2 waffles
2 slices of cheese
1/4 cup of spinach, chopped
2 teaspoons of spicy mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Spread one teaspoon of mustard on each waffle.
Place the waffles in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the waffles over and cook for 2 more minutes.
Place the cheese slices on one waffle. Top with the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
Top with the other waffle and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Cut in half and serve.
