Ingredients
- 2 waffles
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1/4 cup of spinach, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of spicy mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spread one teaspoon of mustard on each waffle.
- Place the waffles in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the waffles over and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Place the cheese slices on one waffle. Top with the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the other waffle and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Cut in half and serve.
