In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic powder, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, pepper, ketchup, tomato sauce and egg.
Mix together until all ingredients are well blended.
Form into a loaf shape and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
