Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
2 cups of graham crackers, crushed
1 can (20 ounces) of crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup of flaked coconut
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 cups of miniature marshmallows
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Mix graham crackers, coconut, and butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix pineapple, vanilla extract, and brown sugar together in a separate bowl. Spread over the graham cracker mixture.
Sprinkle marshmallows over the top of the pineapple layer.
Bake for 25 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
