Directions

Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Let the sauce cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the lid and taste the sauce. Adjust the seasonings if needed.
Stir in the chopped fresh basil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Serve the arrabiata sauce over cooked pasta of your choice. Enjoy!
