Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Set aside.
