Ingredients
- 2 cups honey
- 2 cups water
- 2-3 tablespoons of dried herbs (such as lavender, chamomile, or rosemary)
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the honey and water and heat over medium heat, stirring until the honey has dissolved.
- Add the herbs and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large jar or bottle.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
