2 cups honey

Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine the honey and water and heat over medium heat, stirring until the honey has dissolved.
Add the herbs and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large jar or bottle.
Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
