Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup granulated garlic
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Mix the paprika, granulated garlic, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the ribs with olive oil and then sprinkle the rub over the top of the ribs. Rub it into the ribs with your hands.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
  5. Mix the apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup of the rub together in a small bowl. Baste the ribs with the sauce every hour.
  6. After 3 hours, increase the temperature to 350°F and cook for an additional hour.
  7. Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
