In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until it is fully cooked and crumbled.
Add the onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, oregano, thyme, sage, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are softened.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage mixture, cubed bread, chicken broth, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
