Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cilantro, garlic, fish sauce, black pepper, and red pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with a dipping sauce such as nuoc cham.
