Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the corn syrup and rum.
  3. Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Roll the balls in confectioners' sugar and store in an airtight container.

  • You can also use other flavors of alcohol such as brandy or vodka.
