Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sliced sundried tomatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread cauliflower onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven and top with feta cheese, parsley, and sundried tomatoes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
