Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread cauliflower onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and top with feta cheese, parsley, and sundried tomatoes.
Serve and enjoy!
