Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of venison, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Add the cubed venison to the marinade and mix until the meat is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the venison from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the venison cubes on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the venison is cooked through.
  5. Brush the barbeque sauce over the cooked venison and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the sauce is heated through.
  6. Serve the venison barbeque hot.
