Ingredients
1 (10-12 pound) boneless whole turkey
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/4 cup of chicken broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
Mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
Rub the turkey all over with the spice mixture.
Place turkey in the baking dish and pour chicken broth over it. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Boneless turkey is easier to carve than bone-in turkey.
Leftover turkey can be frozen and enjoyed within 3 months.
