In a medium bowl, cream together the vegan butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and mix until combined.
Fold in the walnuts, coconut, and vanilla extract.
Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Roll the cooled cookies in the powdered sugar.
