Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

Directions

  3. Discard the solids from the sieve and transfer the oatmeal liquid into a pitcher.
  4. If desired, add chia seeds to the pitcher and stir to combine.
  5. Serve the agua de avena immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
