Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings of your choice

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bacon, bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well-combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping once, until the burgers are cooked through.
  5. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
