Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the maple syrup and remove from the heat.
- Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Top with the berries, nuts, and chia seeds.
