Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup and remove from the heat.
  4. Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Top with the berries, nuts, and chia seeds.
  5. Enjoy!
