Ingredients
- 1 lb of pork or lamb sausage
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sausage and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring often.
- Add garlic and spices and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide sausage mixture into 4 equal portions.
- Form each portion into a patty and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
