Ingredients
1 lb of pork or lamb sausage
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Add garlic and spices and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Divide sausage mixture into 4 equal portions.
Form each portion into a patty and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve warm and enjoy!
