Ingredients

  • 1 lb of pork or lamb sausage
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sausage and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add garlic and spices and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Divide sausage mixture into 4 equal portions.
  8. Form each portion into a patty and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
