Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into patties about the size of your palm. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with melted coconut oil. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.
