2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Form the mixture into patties about the size of your palm. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush with melted coconut oil. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.
