Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Form turkey mixture into a loaf shape and place in a lightly greased loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and mustard. Spread over top of turkey loaf.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
