Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips, cream, corn syrup, and butter.
  2. Microwave the chocolate mixture for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  3. Once the mixture is melted and smooth, stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Chill the ganache for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Serve chilled.
