- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, roasted

- 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

Directions
- In a food processor, combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, cayenne pepper, oregano, and salt. Process until smooth and creamy.
- Add garbanzo beans and process until smooth. Add parsley and pulse a few times to combine.
- Serve with warm pita bread, chips, or fresh vegetables.
