Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions, and shape each into a patty.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the sauce onto the hamburger buns. Place the cooked patties onto the buns and serve.
