Ingredients
- 2 lbs. prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup tequila
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the prawns and garlic to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the tequila, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the parsley.
- Serve the prawns with the tequila-garlic sauce.
