Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 ounces lo mein noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lo mein noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the broccoli and shrimp and cook until the shrimp is pink and the broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and cooked lo mein noodles. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
