Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 ounces lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lo mein noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and shrimp and cook until the shrimp is pink and the broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and cooked lo mein noodles. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
