Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, panko, onion, egg, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
