Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of almond extract
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, eggs, almond extract, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
