Ingredients

  • 1 pound of thinly sliced deli corned beef
  • 1 package of dinner rolls
  • 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread dinner rolls onto a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until fully combined.
  5. To assemble, spread a thin layer of the mustard mixture onto each roll. Top with a slice of corned beef and roll up.
  6. Brush the rolls with melted butter and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with mustard sauce on the side and enjoy!
