Ingredients

  • 2 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
  • 1 cup diced grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices of fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mango salsa
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each ciabatta roll.
