Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.
- Gradually beat in the flour mixture until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
